What to include

Briefly describe the problem and include your iPhone model, iOS version and app version. Hide unnecessary wage and work details in screenshots. Do not send passwords, government ID numbers, payment card details or a full backup.

In-app purchases

Features, price and purchase type appear in the app before App Store payment. This website does not accept purchases. A purchase marked one-time does not automatically renew.

Restore a purchase

Use the Apple Account used for the purchase, open the Premium screen and choose Restore purchase. An internet connection is required. Restoring an entitlement does not restore shifts; work records are managed separately through account sync when available or restoration from a backup file.

Changing devices and backups

Before changing devices, export a backup and keep it somewhere accessible and secure. It may contain wages and work details and is not password-protected by the app. Read the restoration screen before replacing records.

Import from another service

Choose a supported file and check the preview before confirming. The file is processed on your device and does not require another service password. Sakhir recalculates estimates using its own rules, so results may differ from source amounts. Keep a copy of the original file.

Privacy and accessibility requests

Contact support about personal information or an accessibility difficulty. Include the screen and action, and your browser or assistive technology where relevant. Medical information is not needed. Records stored only on your device are not available to us on a server.

Cancellation or refund

You can request a refund from Apple using the link below or contact our support for help. Eligibility and handling depend on applicable law and the transaction. Sending a request does not confirm a refund, and deleting the app does not cancel a purchase. This does not reduce your statutory rights.
