For support, purchase enquiries and cancellation requests: support@sakhir.app. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app store. Your store account also provides renewal management and refund requests under its terms. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Service and scope
Sakhir is a personal tool for recording work hours and estimating wages in Israel, in Israeli shekels. The iPhone release is available in Hebrew and English. You can start saving work records on your device without an account. In account-enabled releases, signing in copies existing records to Supabase and synchronizes them between devices, with a local working copy for offline use. This is not an employer reporting system or a payslip service.
Wage estimates and limitations
Results depend on the data, rates and assumptions selected. A calculation is not a payslip, net-pay calculation, legal advice or certified payroll calculation. It does not cover every agreement or pay component, including tax, National Insurance, pension and related entitlements. Assumptions and limitations appear in the app. Check differences against your records, employment agreement and payslip, with professional help where needed, before relying on an estimate for a financial decision, claim or legal proceeding.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for checking your records and settings and keeping an accessible backup when needed. When account sync is active, work records transferred to the account are also stored in Supabase. Unsynchronized local records or records kept without an account may be lost when the app is removed or the device is reset or lost, without an available backup. Do not rely on synchronization as your only backup. Exported files may contain sensitive information and are not password-protected by the app. Choose storage destinations and recipients carefully.
Importing and transferring information
Import availability depends on the supported format and file contents. Import only information you are authorized to use. Check the preview, dates, times, breaks and workplace before confirming. Sakhir recalculates estimates using its own rules; an amount in the source file does not guarantee an identical result. Being able to read an exported file does not imply a commercial relationship with, or endorsement by, another service. Keep the source and review the imported result.
Purchases and refund requests
Features, price and purchase type are shown before you confirm payment in the App Store. A purchase marked one-time is not an automatically renewing subscription. Monthly and annual plans show the full price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically; manage renewal in Apple Account subscription settings. In Israel, contact Apple Support for immediate cancellation and a prorated refund, as described at support.apple.com/108098. Deleting a Sakhir account does not cancel a store subscription. Purchases and entitlement restoration follow Apple processes and the terms applicable to the transaction. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and contact support@sakhir.app for help. Refund handling and eligibility depend on applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived. Deleting the app does not cancel a purchase. Restoring an entitlement does not restore shifts; work records are managed separately through account sync when available or restoration from a backup file. Do not purchase based on a promise of future features.
Permitted use
Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not sell or redistribute it without permission. These terms do not limit uses permitted by law or rights granted under third-party component licenses. The applicable store license and Apple terms apply alongside these terms where relevant.
Responsibility and statutory rights
Errors, inaccuracies or incompatibility with your employment arrangement can occur. Reminders and system displays depend on permissions and iOS behavior and should not be your only way of managing work. We will work to address reported problems, but do not promise uninterrupted service or an estimate suitable for every situation. These terms do not reduce consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and applicable law
Updated terms appear in the app and on the website with a revision date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice where applicable. The service is intended for Israel and Israeli law applies, subject to any other mandatory rights. These terms do not limit any court or complaint route available to you under the law.
